My scheduled service on Jan. 18th for a check engine light for my Range Rover sport HSE was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The Range Rover Evoque loaner was clean and nice to drive. I purchased my new Range Rover at Herb Chambers and drive the extra 75 min. instead of 10 min.to Land Rover of Peabody. Tom was very helpful and professional. In a fast-paced business world and with COVID-19, Herb Chambers always “hits the mark” and gets you back on the road very quickly, never leaving you out in the cold. Also, when I picked up my vehicle it was like it was, not only washed but waxed. Very happy I chose Herb Chambers Land Rover of Sudbury. More

2+ Months with No Response on Service Issue The taillight on the Range Rover Velar we leased a few months ago has been malfunctioning (constant strobing, and turn indicator does not function, cr The taillight on the Range Rover Velar we leased a few months ago has been malfunctioning (constant strobing, and turn indicator does not function, creating a safety issue). We called the service dept after Thanksgiving several times to schedule a time for the car to be picked up and for this safety issue to be resolved. After weeks of not getting a reply, we finally called Land Rover USA's customer service department on December 30 and left a message about the poor service we were receiving from the dealership. After four days of no response from LR USA, we called again on January 3. They contacted LR Sudbury and were told they were booked until February. Seriously? We called with an issue at the end of November, and the soonest they can fix it is over two months later? Something VERY wrong there, since we have had excellent interactions with them in the past. This is our sixth Land Rover in 20 years, and if this is the service we can expect, it will be our last. More

Within 1,000 miles, this 2019 has all of the same problems as my 2016 and 2017 which were both bought back by Range Rover!!! These vehicles are knowing being sold with problems: Front strut noise, Infotainment system malfunctions, rear back up camera will not shut off when driving down the street, radio comes in and out. Fact is, Range Rover is second to last in satisfaction by JD Power. Only Fiat is worse. Good luck with resale value! Lots of non-returned calls from this service department and Land Rover customer service.
