Ed is the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with.He loves cars and it shows. He was honest, knoledgable, reasonable, responsive and a great representation of the brand. He even laughed at my jokes......He made my Christmas suprise happen....what else can I say? Anthony- dealt with him less but, out of all the cars I have purchased, I have never sat and chatted with the finace manager before. He loves cars as well, and it shows..... Merry Christmas More
Like some people, my wife and I don't enjoy the whole process of buying a care from a dealer. The inevitable use of the car salesman playbook, from trying to get on top of you by immediately making you aware of how much they know and you don't, or by dividing and conquering, so much so that the manipulative experience is so oily that you can't wait to get home and take a shower. We even took to renting from time to time because it was so hassle-free by comparison. Enter Matt Phillips. He helped us look at a Range Rover a few years ago, and even though we didn't pull the trigger then, we thought of him immediately when we felt forced to have to confront the otherwise sleazy world of car buying. So we went in and sure enough he was there to help us get exactly what we wanted. Matt was great. My wife kept saying, couldn't he find something else to do, since he was so nice, friendly, helpful, easy, and unsalesman-like. No browbeating, no pressure, no shmooze, no shtik. We were so happy with how easy he made it to get a car this time, that we've already contacted him about upgrading one of our other cars. Great experience. No hassle, just very happy results getting the car we always wanted. In fact, we got much more than we ever expected to get. What a pleasant surprise! More

In particular, my sales consultant, Rusty Johnsen, was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, responsive, able to quickly work my flip into the RR, and knows these cars inside and out. I am generally appalled at the lack of knowledge some car sales professionals have (particularly in terms of the nav/entertainment systems) but Rusty was able to answer all of my questions and show me how to solve the handful of items I could not figure out. I would definitely recommend the dealership and Rusty. More

Not only was I greeted by name on both visits, but his travels to Connecticut to handle the out-of-state paperwork were an appreciated sign of his complete attention to customer service and satisfaction. While I plan on having my Range Rover for some time to come, I will be dealing with Ed Oteri again, when the time comes to purchase another Land Rover. Finally, I am quite impressed with Land Rover Sudbury's customer service. More

A year ago my experience with this dealership was very positive. More recently, it was the worst visit to a dealership I have ever experienced and I have purchased many new cars in my life, including Me positive. More recently, it was the worst visit to a dealership I have ever experienced and I have purchased many new cars in my life, including Mercedes, SAAB, Volvo, Toyota, Chrysler, Nissan and Mini-Cooper. Overall Mr. Luddy did not seem very engaged or interested, was not very helpful or informative, and at what became the end of visit....extremely rude! Apparently my offer of less than advertised sales price was insulting to Mr Luddy. His reaction was totally uncalled for and unprofessional!! More
Dealing with car purchases is always nerve racking whether or not you're purchasing a high end vehicle or not. Thankfully, I chose to go to Sudbury Land Rover where I was completely taken aback by the incredibly high standards of professionalism, the good humor, and thoughtfulness of the dealership. Their philosophy was essentially, "how can we help you". Ben Muenzberg and his sales team put me completely at ease. Rusty Johnsen was superb in following up ; completely without pressure or hassle. They made the decision to purchase hassle free and easy making clear that my satisfaction was key in the entire process. Of course while that treatment helps, it is the after purchase care that was the true test of their professionalism and they were extraordinary! All aspects of care, question, detail and minor issues were dealt with promptly, painlessly and without hesitation. On the contrary, they were apologetic for any inconvenience and following up afterwards to ensure my satisfaction. These are not the type of people that relinquish responsibility at the time of sale but continue to fret and work hard afterwards. It is very clear that they are committed to going "above and beyond" for any and all clients. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ben, Rusty, the service team of Pat, Dave, Pete and Tom. They are the best ambassadors of commitment to client service I have encountered. More
Rusty Johnsen is the guy to work with there. Talk about customer service - he goes out of his way to do anything to make the process easy for you. He did such a phenomenal job with our LR4 we bought this summer that we just got a Sport from him too instead of sticking with BMWs for our second car. His knowledge, service and reliability are second to none. And he doesn't disappear right after the sale. He's been quick to help with anything afterwards too. We were reluctant to go to Sudbury from Wellesley but they pick up and drop off a loaner for service. Cant say enough! Ask for Rusty More
