My sister recommended that I call Herb Chambers LandRover of Sudbury to help me find a LR4. She has bought several iterations of the LandRover over the years with this dealership and has always been extreme of Sudbury to help me find a LR4. Personally, I too had a fabulous experience. I knew the car I wanted and Jim Murphy went the extra mile and half to find me exactly what suited me. I might add he went overboard with responsiveness and guidance and even delivered my car to Cape Cod! A fair hike. The whole team was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. BTW: I called quite a few LandRover dealershipos in MA and Jim was the the most responsive and helpful of all. More
I had a great experience working with Anthony. I was in there a couple weekends ago looking at some used Range Rovers and he was very pleasant to work with. I recently purchased a vehichle, the new Range Rover Evoque. Had a few minor issues so I brought it in to service to have checked out. I should of picked a different service person to deal with. Peter was the assigned service person whom is HORRIBLE! He has no customer service skills, you have to call him to get an update and he never returns your calls. When you bring your vehicle in for service you want that assurance that any issues you have with the car will be resolved. The experience dealing with him is like ordering getting food from a fast food joint, quick to get your order and quick to get you out. I'll give this service dealership another chance but will only deal with another service person. BTW this is my first vehichle with the Land Rover family and I'm not so happy with my experience. More
Every gone to car dealers where they are overly enthusiastic to sell you a crap car? I thought those were bad, but this has to be the worst! I apologize for my rude tone however I hope other potential customers are aware of what they are getting into before they go here. I had a long one and a half hour drive to check out some evoques. I was promised a test drive on a couple of variations of the model and that they would be kept ready. The sales rep were notified about my long drive and that they should get in touch if anything changes. Upon arrival I was not greeted nor directed to nor spoken to for at least 15mins. Finally a sales rep approached me. After telling him I would like to take a look at the evoques he disappeared for 30mins and got back to me saying the model I'm interested in is sold out. I settled to look at other versions so I could get a feel for the car. He walked away without saying a word and disappeared and found him attending other customers. I approached him and told him I've been waiting here now 1hr and still not seen a single car and my time is being wasted. He apologized and returned after 10mins telling me that all of them are sold out! I was standing looking out side one evoque right in front of me! I completely agree with Ed L. and i feel as though its a pattern they have. I doubt they would honor any promises or deals they would offer you. In short they wasted my time. If you want to be catered there or shown some respect as a customer you need to rent a ferrari and drive into their lot (if you get my drift) There are always better dealers to deal with. More
I cannot praise the folks at this company enough. They are all top-notch professionals and everyone is on point. From the moment that I walked in the door, I was given the finest reception. I have been a loyal Lexus customer for over 10 yrs and was given very good care. However, Land Rover Sudbury takes customer pampering to the next level. Eva Kraus my salesperson, is very smart, very patient and totally knowledgeable about her job. Also, I was give very fine assistance from Phil Hunt and Anthony Belmonte. I rate my overall experience an A plus. More

Top notch sales experience ... went in just looking to upgrade equipment on my 2010 Range Rover Sport ... Anthony greeted us, answered questions on the equipment for our existing RR Sport but also offered upgrade equipment on my 2010 Range Rover Sport ... Anthony greeted us, answered questions on the equipment for our existing RR Sport but also offered up to work numbers on buying us out of our 2010 lease to get us into a new 2012 RR Sport. Anthony pulled together a very compelling proposition for an idea that we hadn't considered, trading in our 2010 RR Sport early. The numbers worked out and now we are driving a new 2012 RR Sport. Very good experience, very creative sales team that pulled together a great offer and overall a very positive experience. More

We had a test drive in a dealership closer to our home but ended up buying from your dealership for a few reasons. First, you had a much better selection which got us out to the dealership. Second, Matt w but ended up buying from your dealership for a few reasons. First, you had a much better selection which got us out to the dealership. Second, Matt was a pleasure to work with. And third, for service you offer to pick up the car, fix it, and return it with a loaner to drive while we wait. When Matt was out on a call when I came to pick up the car, two others at the dealership helped complete the transaction and they were very friendly and professional. All in all, an extremely positive experience. Thank you. More
