Fast turnaround on a New RR HSE I was one of the customers affected by the recent, unfortunate fire at LR Sudbury. While dealing with the consequences, paperwork, and Insurance comp I was one of the customers affected by the recent, unfortunate fire at LR Sudbury. While dealing with the consequences, paperwork, and Insurance company red tape was quite painful, the LR Sudbury team of Rusty (sales), Tom (service) and Anthony (management) were key to helping me get through the process in a reasonably smooth manner. They were also instrumental in going out of their way to ensure I had a loaner throughout the period (Insurance company did not even broach this topic) and miraculously managed to find me a new RR HSE and have it ready for purchase within a few weeks of the fire. With the new RR, I have now purchased my 5th LR from Rusty and every experience has been fantastic.
