Excellent Experience - Ask for Rusty! My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and we decided to explore Land Rover's as we've always admired them. We went to learn more about th My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and we decided to explore Land Rover's as we've always admired them. We went to learn more about the Evoque and worked with Rusty Johnsen. From the start Rusty was extremely helpful and more importantly patient throughout the process. My wife and I are very picky when it comes not only to options but colors as well. Rusty took us on a nice long test drive, showing us all the features of the vehicle and explained the differences between models. Once we decided it was the car for us, Rusty helped locate the car we wanted and pulled together some numbers. Here is where the real test to his patients came in; after all the paperwork was done and we had an appointment setup to sign we were having second thoughts on trading in one of our vehicles and decided not to move forward. Rusty was completely understanding and let us walk away with no pressured sales tactics at all. A few days past and I called Rusty back up and told him we were actually ready to move forward after all and Rusty again pulled together all the paperwork, my wife and i setup an appointment and were ready to move forward. When we showed up to sign, I called an audible on Rusty again and changed which car I wanted to trade in causing him to have to re-do all the paperwork once again, so we had to postpone our meeting again; still, Rusty was all smiles and helped get everything setup. When we arrived that night to sign, I switched the cars once again and poor Rusty, still all smiles once again had the paperwork re-worked one last time and we signed. Ultimately, Rusty had to deal with the most indecisive car buyers ever (Me and my wife) but never failed to treat us the same the entire process, always cheerful and smiling and never once pressuring us into a sale. If you were to ask me to describe the ideal car salesmen, I'll tell this story again and again as Rusty really was a joy to work with. When we're ready for our next new car you can be sure we'll be calling Rusty . Best advice i can give is ask for Rusty Johnson - he makes the dealership worth a visit. More
