Advertising nationally, but refusing to sell out-of-state This dealer advertised a USED 2017 F-Pace on AutoTrader.com and Cars.com. However, upon inquiry, they refused to sell to an out-of-state buyer. The This dealer advertised a USED 2017 F-Pace on AutoTrader.com and Cars.com. However, upon inquiry, they refused to sell to an out-of-state buyer. The blamed this on "Jaguar's strict policy." I contacted Jaguar USA, and they have no such policy. Jaguar USA said the dealer, at its sole discretion may choose not to sell a vehicle that is outside their area of responsibility (90-mile radius). In my view, a dealer that restrains trade in this manner and then then tries to hide behind a non-existent manufacturer's policy is just plain disreputable. More

I switched to BMW for the last Many thanks to the team at Land rover Sudbury ! I have owned several LR products, an Lr3, as well as a Range Rover HSE. I switched to BMW for the last 5 vehicles, but was missing the feel of the LR products, so I decided to trade my 14BMW x5 for a beautiful 2016 Fuji white Range Rover, and I couldn't be any more pleased than I was with the super treatment I received from Rusty, Dave, Ben, and Sam! I must say that my salesmanYan and the finance manager Sam were great. They were easy to deal with, prompt response to all my phone calls and took care of any questions or requests. Car was delevered to my house in CT.. Basically, everything that they promised they did. Also , I have to mention the sales manager Dave.He was Great, he did all he can to get the numbers reasonably attractive to make me motivated for the sale. The three team members are great. I will do business again with them. More
