Ro is what a modern salesperson look like. Someone who respects the fact that customers do most of their research online. Even after the sales, she really moved mountains to smoothen the registration process for us, navigating the antique RMV requirements and the all-digital service model from my insurance company. I arrived at JLR Sudbury for my first service for my brand new Rover Velar and was received at the gate. The customer waiting area is very well-appointed but rather smallish - especially on a day when loaner was not available. Quite satisfied with the service.
