I visited the dealership to purchase a CPO Range Rover. Manny was straightforward, responsive and professional throughout the entire buying process. No hard sell, none of the games or back-and-forth tha Manny was straightforward, responsive and professional throughout the entire buying process. No hard sell, none of the games or back-and-forth that typifies buying a new vehicle these days. A pleasure to work with, very proactive and extremely knowledgeable - and willing to find the answers when he didn't know them off the top of his head. Highly recommended and I'd happily purchase from him again! In addition, Lawrence walked me through the trade-in and extended warranty options and, due to warranty system downtime, he incorrectly quoted an extended warranty option not available on the vehicle I'd selected. This caused a price increase when I came to pick up the car. As you'd hope from a reputable and respected Herb Chambers dealership, Lawrence provided me with the option to either cancel the transaction or allow him to work with Zashary in finance to make the numbers work as previously quoted. They did and I was able to leave with the vehicle I wanted, with the warranty protections that I needed, at the price originally quoted. All in all, even with a pricing hiccup, it was a smooth buying experience (the way it should be!) Thanks for the great team effort guys, I'll be back for the next one! More
