Guess the vehicle has more problems than anticipated. The car has now been in your shop a total of about 6 weeks . The first time you fixed it guess you didn’t. I’m so blown away by you and your team’s negligence on telling me the problems before I signed the paperwork. But I’m sure you and your team knew exactly what was wrong . You know since it went through your shop when you guys had first acquired it…… I expected way better. So sad . So disappointed. Just unreal actions from such a prestigious brand. You and your associates not so prestigious. 10:09 pm
