Extremely Professional from the moment you step out of the car! My car had a series of issues which I won't get into, but Ryan Yeomans took the time to explain them to me and their level of severity, and the car! Not only that he walked me through warranties and some additional maintenance and care I should know about specific to the year, make and model of my vehicle. Both my vehicle and I got the best TLC I have had from any service area. When I got my vehicle back it was super clean. Believe me, when I tell you it was full of Husky hair. I’m very confused about the service we received recently. We bought the car used from this dealership with approximately 50k miles last summer. We took the car into the dealership for its first service, We bought the car used from this dealership with approximately 50k miles last summer. We took the car into the dealership for its first service, and the bill was $2,300. That just seems exorbitant. I tried calling the dealership to get an explanation, but no one picked up. I don’t understand $1,500 in labor when nothing was broken and $600 in parts. Admittedly, this is my first time using this dealership to service my vehicle. Additionally, this is my first Land Rover too. The fault is ultimately mine, but I was asked to share my thoughts. At least the car was clean. More
