Though your problem was reported before I'd been with the Land Rover of Sudbury dealership, given my experience so far I can definitely report some great news to you! We keenly understand and sympathize with the frustration, time and resource issues that you'd been through in regards to service maintenance and emissions testing/validation. Since your last visit, we've taken major strides forward in upgrading and improving upon the technical service staff and procedures here at Land Rover Sudbury, as well as investing considerable time and effort in ongoing employee education and certification. We've also shortened our response time as well as demonstrated marked improvement in initial problem diagnostics and resolution such that now, in the vast majority of cases, we fix such customer problem issues (as well as others that are related and unrelated) quickly and properly the first time around.
