I picked up a 2 year old used LR3 six months ago. Excellent deal and the service was fantastic. No problems what so ever with the Rover so far and the first oil change was a breeze! I contacted LR Sudbury to purchase an LR3 HSE on Friday afternoon. I made a cash offer for the vehicle, which was accepted. I provided them with my Amex number for a deposit (500), as well as full credit afternoon. I made a cash offer for the vehicle, which was accepted. I wasnt going to trade my current vehicle, but the salesperson encouraged me to at least entertain an offer from the dealership. So I did, and spoke with a salesperson 5 times over the course of the weekend working through the details of the trade. I made plans to pick up the LR3 Tues. I called Monday morning to confirm, as I was driving from NYC, ~200 miles. And LR Sudbury informed me that they had sold the truck to someone else!?!? Even after previously taking my CC info and SS#, and promising me no one would be allowed to even test drive the vehicle, as it was considered sold. Please keep this in mind when dealing with this dealership. I unfortunately thought they were LR salesmen, but underneath it all, everyone is just a car salesmen. More

Purchased 07 LR3 - Sales Rep Jim Murphy was great from beginning to End. No high pressure, friendly and willing to work out deal to makes everyone happy.
