I had a pleasant experience @ LR Sudbury. My brother in law had purchased his two cars from LR Sudbury and he recommended that I should buy my vehicle from here too. I purchased my first Disco used from Metro West, and found myself dealing with their service department much more than I would have realized. It was always difficult to get a timely appointment, and the commute from Boston was not an easy one. Eventually, the friendly, helpful person I usually dealt with in service left the dealership. Thereafter, it just became an expensive hassle. Finally, after waiting more than two weeks for an appointment and receiving what seemed like an outrageous repair, I called Land Rover Peabody. Their service department was responsive, friendlier and it turned out, much more affordable for maintenance. Much to my delight, I found out that the original salesman whom I dealt with at Metro West, Rusty, was now at the Peabody dealership. Despite my purchase from his former employer, Rusty always takes care of me and sees that the service department does too. More
