In addition to being extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the car, Mike has an approachable manner that put me at ease, making me comfortable enough to ask about the smallest details regarding the operation of the car. In fact, even though this was my second Range Rover Sport, I learned things about the capabilities of the car that I had never known. He was patient as he walked me through the navigation system and extremely competent in highlighting all of the features that were new to me in this model. He spoke directly to me and was enthusiastic about ensuring I knew everything I needed to know to have the best driving experience possible. When follow-up became necessary in closing out on registration and inspection details Mike personally contacted us and made sure that we understood exactly what was required to finalize and made sure that all was resolved in time for me to take the car on its inaugural road trip for Mother’s Day weekend! That meant a great deal to me. I would highly recommend Mike Fleming, and the team at Land Rover Sudbury. More
