Peter is always responsive and professional. We brought our LR2 in for a sunroof problem and a windshield replacement this week and as usual, everything was handled properly. Both Matt and Nader were very professional and friendly. Matt was not a pushy salesman which is really what I liked. 2 items got 4 instead of 5: 1. I was told about them at the last minute while I was writing the check. I wish I was told about this earlier. 2. I was not happy with trailer hitch and roof crossbars. It is pitty that Land Rover charge close to 1000 for a hich which can not be used (bike rack) without an extender. Regarding cross bar, I had to ask matt to remove it as it was not at all practical to install the way it was installed. Otherwise this dealership and people are very nice.
