I am really grateful for Paul and the service team at Land Rover Spokane! I was in a complete panic because the check engine light on my vehicle came on as I happened to be on my way to Spokane. I called Land Rover Spokane! I was in a complete panic because the check engine light on my vehicle came on as I happened to be on my way to Spokane. I called them and they were able to check out my vehicle, run diagnostics, and ultimately replace a part that had a recent recall on it. They did this all within a day because they knew I lived out of town and had to be back on the road. Paul and his team were so friendly and helpful in getting my vehicle running like new again. I appreciated their easy-to-understand explanation of the work done (all under warranty) and the fact that they answered my questions thoroughly. They were pretty busy too and the fact that they made the time for me because I am not local to the area was greatly appreciated. They also have a program that texts a video of the vehicle and the work they did, identifying what was the problem, how they fixed it, etc. - which was incredibly helpful for me! THANK YOU PAUL and the service team for all of your help (so I didn't have a complete meltdown)! More
They were exceptional! We had a family emergency arise after our car was dropped off. They switched things around and got us out super fast. The people were friendly and service was pretty fast but the waiting area was a disaster. This is a premium car dealership and we were out in a garage that smelled of paint.
