If you plan to purchase a car here, re consider. We purchased a certified pre owned 2019 Range Rover on 10/28, car broke down done at start on 10/30/2022 which is two days later. Had to towed it to We purchased a certified pre owned 2019 Range Rover on 10/28, car broke down done at start on 10/30/2022 which is two days later. Had to towed it to nearby dealer , 9 days later service found out the power module needs to be replaced, but part is from UK and back ordered. I purchased a car drive for 2 days, and paying for car payment while it’s sitting in the service shop with no ETA of when it will get fixed. Contacted manager , he’s not giving a solution. And stated Washington state lemon law doesn’t cover used cars. So it was my un lucky day bought a car with power issues, certified pre owned means nothing at this dealership. After I check out their Yelp reviews, I found out I was the only one they cheated. Reporting this issue to Land Rover USA and consumer rights at Washington state attorney office. More

Our salesman was Ryan and he was great to work with, going on our test drive he immediately was sharing all of the cars features giving us a wonderful test drive experience. The service department always treats me well and provides great service for my Volvo. Kylee is always helpful. I never have felt like he or the department is trying to upsell service just to generate revenue. That kind of honesty can be hard to find these days! When I am flying in or out of town, the dealership is always happy to pick me up and drop me off at the airport and service my car while I am gone. On this last trip the dealership general manager himself picked me up at the airport! Clearly the good service mentality starts at the top. Great people! More
