If I could give 0 stars I would but they made me rate it. This was the worst buying experience. The car broke down 5 days after getting it on the freeway as we were driving to Leavenworth for thanksgiving. T This was the worst buying experience. It ruined the trip as we had to pay for it because we couldn’t get our money back on such late notice. They have continued to be rude and unhelpful at fixing the car. It’s been there over a week ( longer than we’ve had it) and still no information on when it will be fixed or what is even wrong with it. They do not return messages and they are unprofessional. They lied and said you had 10 days to return the car and are now saying it was only 5 days. Convenient since it was 5 days. I would not recommend especially if you need a car that you can drive safely. More
