He is very knowledgeable about Jaguars, and basically told me the problem over the phone. I like Kevin's honesty, and he is true to his word. I did not get the two young ladies names at the cashier counter (I gave them pink ink pens) they were very warm, friendly, and truest form of courteous customer service that I witnessed in very long time.
