Disappointing Service I have a car with the "fault in suspension" light on. I have found the service dept. very hard to reach, and can't speak to any service technician o I have a car with the "fault in suspension" light on. I have found the service dept. very hard to reach, and can't speak to any service technician on the phone with questions. Yesterday I waited all day for a call back that never came. Also, in order to get a loaner car I will have to wait eight days. Among other things I will have to miss a dear friends funeral in another state because of the delay. This seems to happen every time I need service. I am ready to purchase a new car, but I doubt very much that I will stay with Land Rover. More
