I cannot speak for all the employees, however I have experienced this exact same type of customer service twice. The first time I just came from a lake and was wearing shorts and a blouse and was not even helped, I decided to give it another try and was treated very poorly. I am thankful to have went to BMW across the street and was able to reserve my car there. I am a sales person myself for boats and cannot imagine treating people this way, what an awful experience.
