What a terrible service department, I dropped off my car 2 days ago, don’t have a loaner from them and they still haven’t even look at my car. This guy Ryan not only threatened me with sending the car to a pond but calling the police to report as stolen the piece of crap loan car they gave my wife. He didn’t care the car had a fault or that is was me who was calling to find a solution to ha a reliable car. By all means, please stay away fro this dealer. More

The Service Director Dayron Gonzalez personally called me and stated that the dealership will not work on my vehicle in retaliation from me calling Land Rover Corporate Offices related to there unprofessional service practices. I would highly recommend that anyone wanting to get their Land Rover serviced, not to use this dealership. They are unprofessional, retaliatory, and totally lack the moral standards to take care of their customers with courtesy and respect. More

I have been to many car dealers in my life; from BMW's to Mercedes and VW but I had never had such a positive, fast and pleasant experience as this one. I was even able to turn in my previous lease at this dealership even though it is from another make. Jordan also was very diligent getting my Range Rover before it was scheduled for delivery. He has been very accesible and eager to help. What a great experience getting a vehicle from Land Rover of South Dade! Silvia BM More
Horrible service department Making an appointment means nothing. They take your car in at the appointment but do not actually look at car for several days. I took my car in with an appointment and, when pressed, they admit that they would look at the car in three to five days. If they have to order parts it would take more days before any work is done. They will not provide you a loner if you did not purchase the car at that dealership. They lie about the progress and then try to up sell you on other services. More

I shopped for this car at 3 South Florida Land Rover dealerships and got the best deal here at South Dade. Thanks to Roberto Avila, my sales consultant, for making the negotiation and finalization of the deal such a pleasant experience (most of it was done painlessly via email!). Thanks also to Jose Cardona, the Business Manager, for his consummate professionalism (Robert and Jose are also very personable guys, too!). Jose has a very bright future in the business. Emanuel, who spent an hour with me going over all the vehicle's tech systems and who will come to my office in a few weeks for a follow-up, was also very helpful and a patient teacher. More
Fernández Until today I was not completely sure what was happening with my 2017 Range Rover car until I went to service (Land Rover South Dade) dealers and repo Until today I was not completely sure what was happening with my 2017 Range Rover car until I went to service (Land Rover South Dade) dealers and reported my vehicle to the assigned service manager, Richard Valdivia, an excellent person and very attentive. He discovered, while doing the annual checkup, that the front camera of the car had never worked, he reported this to the technician and head of service in that dealership, Jose Mojeda, who claimed that the camera was broken due to a large frontal impact on my vehicle, a diagnosis that took me by surprise since the car was brand new and did not have any mark or bump, after many days with a rented Chevrolet Cross I was told I had to pay $ 603.00 for the camera to be fixed and I did not believe this was right so I called Land Rover USA and an investigation was done where it was decided that I should seek a second opinion at other dealerships. Days later I had an appointment at Land Rover fort lauderadade, it took me 55 minutes to get there. There I was greeted by attentive and responsible people, who had no debt or commitment to me, who had not sold me the car, had never met me, but their kindness and professionalism surpassed everything and Mrs. Karin Vargas and Mr. Mike Kennom fixed the problem for me in less than 15 minutes. The camera was not broken, it was simply disconnected, as I had said it had never worked, and it only cost me a “thank you” and my thanks once again goes out to that team of professionals from LAND ROVER FORT LAUDERDALE. It's shocking that the service and management of Land Rover South Dade is so poor and that it puts a high-end car firm such as Land Rover so far below the bar of excellence and service that is expected. I want to include that the man that sold me this car, Rene Lopez spoke several times with the manager of Land Rover South Dade and the manager was adamant that the camera was broken and not simply disconnected, as it was in actuality.
