My 3 yrs old Jaguar annual service under warranty is May. I called May 1 and the first available appointment was Oct 1st. I find this unreasonable. I was also advised that if I don’t get my services On time I called May 1 and the first available appointment was Oct 1st. I find this unreasonable. I was also advised that if I don’t get my services On time I could invalidate my warranty..Last year I left my car for the 2 year service and they kept it for 2 days and did not perform any work. I had to return a week later. Both visits they did perform acceptable service. This is the sort of details a buyer of a new vehicle should want to take into consideration. More
The service is good, although it took more than two weeks to complete. It is probably due to shortage of technical personnel specialized in electric car, such as my 2020 I-Pace. I like the fact they don't try to give you service you don't need they did a good clean job and I couldn't tell someone was in my car .
