Initial buying experience was ok, nothing over the top or wow factor involved. We purchased a used Honda pilot here through auto trader and I was curious of how the experience would be being that it's a land wow factor involved. We purchased a used Honda pilot here through auto trader and I was curious of how the experience would be being that it's a land Rover dealership and this sale wouldn't be as lucrative to them as maybe their usual fleet. When we left with the car I wouldn't have necessarily said we were treated any lesser than id assume if we were to have bought a Rover... But now almost 90 days out and I haven't heard back from my sales rep or parts manager who owe us a headrest that was missing from the car and (promised to us upon purchase)... We kinda can't help but feel less taken care of because the lesser vehicle we purchased from them. Unfortunately I can't say I'd recommend this dealership to anyone let alone go out of my way again to go to this dealership when I'm ready to actually buy a range Rover for myself. More

My 3 yrs old Jaguar annual service under warranty is May. I called May 1 and the first available appointment was Oct 1st. I find this unreasonable. I was also advised that if I don’t get my services On time I called May 1 and the first available appointment was Oct 1st. I find this unreasonable. I was also advised that if I don’t get my services On time I could invalidate my warranty..Last year I left my car for the 2 year service and they kept it for 2 days and did not perform any work. I had to return a week later. Both visits they did perform acceptable service. This is the sort of details a buyer of a new vehicle should want to take into consideration. More
The service is good, although it took more than two weeks to complete. It is probably due to shortage of technical personnel specialized in electric car, such as my 2020 I-Pace.
