When we started to look for a new one to replace the 2010 LWB, I asked the Agency Manager to introduce us to the best salesperson he had. That's how we came to work with Melissa Neill. Melissa did a great job. She was patient as we sorted through the exterior colors and interior finishes. She helped us determine the right accessories for our style of driving. After determining that the agency inventory didn't have the right combination, she followed up with research on what other dealerships might have. Once that deal was made, she made sure the delivery process was easy and pleasant. We love our new Supercharged Range Rover. Mikhail was awesome, friendly and extremely helpful with the whole no-pressure process. He went out of his way to help with the logistics of a trade-in, explaining all the options and made the whole process super quick and completely painless. Mike the sales manager was also very friendly and engaging. I have bought a lot of new cars over the years, and this was sincerely one of the best experienced I’ve had. They went above & beyond! Paul Sprague &Asst. manager Dennis were not going to let me leave until I was 100% satisfied. When my ordered car arrived and I went to pick it up, I Paul Sprague &Asst. manager Dennis were not going to let me leave until I was 100% satisfied. When my ordered car arrived and I went to pick it up, I was extremely disappointed that it didn't have my required CD player. They spent hours (really) looking for the color and model Evoque that I wanted, one which had the required CD player. I reluctantly brought up other options with audio books,iPhone, etc, but they knew that I was quite disappointed, and were "going to make it right", no matter what.. It took hours of their time, but I did end up driving home THAT day with an upgraded 2018 Evoque, in my desired color, with the CD player and more options and for a fair and reasonable cost increase. I could see the sincerity & concern on their faces, and knew that they really cared. Debbie Frend in finance was patient & understanding as she had to redo all of the paper work, and reassured me that this situation "was no problem". When I returned home much later than originally anticipated, Paul called me at home to make sure I got there safely and asked if I had any questions about the car. More

Anyway, I called 911, USAA and my dealership telling them of what happened and what I was looking for. They not only helped me get a higher payup from the insurance but also got me a car that was EXACTLY what I was wanted. I felt like home as soon as I sat in it. Misch was my dealer. Debbie was also very nice. So was Mike. And their service team, Brian and Dan are both amazingly kind, courteous and quick. If you are in the east coast, this is the LR dealer you should be. If you are in the west coast side, Colorado Springs is the place to go. More
