Team-oriented Approach My experience started online with me requesting info on a car. Within a few hours a team member texted me. Then we texted and he emailed options based on what I wanted. From there I headed to the dealership and from the moment I was lost on property looking for Sales due to construction, a team member immediately asked if I needed help and led me to the Sales office via golf cart. The sales rep from my online texting was leaving for the day not feeling well from surgery, but hooked me up with another rep and talked me thru things a bit didn't just rush out. Ken was super real and down to earth and not overly salesy which I hate. I knew what I wanted to see so we went immediately for a ride and he chose a great path including highway and backroads. I asked questions during the ride, Ken was knowledgeable answering them and offering a few more notable items. Once we were back and the deal was on paper, I questioned buying old vs new and changed my mind. I wanted exactly what was offered online and Ken immediately got the keys to show me this new car. I was convinced that this was the right car and we got the paperwork going. Ken offered drinks and was efficient. The computers were down so I have to come back to finish the finance portion - but I had to anyway to pick up the car since it was closing time and it needs detailed. The rest of the team were fun and friendly. Ken asked to take my picture by the car, texted me and emailed me thank you. I don't like pressure sales, I don't like arrogant sales reps who don't listen, I don't like long sales processes - I had none of this at Wilde. Great buying experience. More

Professional, Friendly and Knowledgeble After 35 years of Mercedes ownership, I was ready for a change. Some online research of Range Rover piqued my interest. Arriving at the Wilde Saraso After 35 years of Mercedes ownership, I was ready for a change. Some online research of Range Rover piqued my interest. Arriving at the Wilde Sarasota dealership, where I had no ties, was somewhat intimidating, but immediately meeting Elias Christmas changed all that. He was new from Range Rover LA, so I realized he was learning about a new dealership, and we were a perfect match. He was so knowledgeable about all the models and was educating me as a “very raw customer!!” He took me around the lot looking at, and explaining all my options, as well as answering all my questions. What I liked about Elias was that he was listening and attentive to my needs making my experience interesting and fun. When I came to the dealership, I had no idea if I wanted to change from a Mercedes, or if I’d even like the Range Rovers. It was several hours before I even drove a Range Rover model. Then I drove the Land Rover Discovery, and it felt like the correct size for me, liked the solid handling and I liked the design. Elias and Jordan Baugh talked pricing with me. However, I left, not being excited about the color for me. At home, I researched colors, and found the one in the picture in Tampa. The next morning (Wed.), I called Jordan about the car, and by Saturday, the car was mine!! It will take some time to adjust to the technology and driving of the car, but that’s challenging and a good thing. If it weren’t for Elias spending many educational hours with me, and Jordan’s assistance, I may never have switched to a Land Rover Discovery. Now, I’m very glad that I did with kudos to Elias!!! More

Zac Blaugh the sales manager made a clear and concise deal with minimal negotiation and honored exactly what he promised. Sean Dunn is another sales manager I worked with during the process and he was very pleasant plus he didn't waste my time trying to grind me down to sign a deal. The three salesman I worked with, Nathan Griswold, Elias Christeas and James Guttridge, were all knowledgeable and at no time did I feel pressured to make any decisions, which is quite refreshing in the car buying process. The finance person Adrian Cristea for the most part was fairly easy to work with except that he had a little bit of an attitude when there was a misunderstanding on my part about signing the documents. I felt like I was being rushed by Adrian and didn't particularly like this part of the process, but ultimately the finance transaction worked out correctly. The following day after signing the deal Wilde coordinated and provided transportation for me to get to the dealership to pick up my new vehicle being I didn't have a ride, and did so at no expense to me. The delivery of the vehicle was a very pleasant experience along with the informational training on how to work the amenities and safety features etc in the vehicle. I don't remember the name of gentleman who provided the training but he was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Lastly I wasn't overly impressed with the detailing of my vehicle and it was a sloppy job. There was dried overspray of Armorall on the plastic pieces located on the side view mirrors which is now basically bullet proof and won't come off easily. There was dried sap on the hood of the vehicle that wasn't removed and the panoramic roof wasn't cleaned very well, plus all the windows were streaked along with watermarks. Furthermore under the hood wasn't wiped down and there was a coating of dirt from test rides and the vehicle sitting for some time. I would definitely recommend Wilde but there are a few parts of the process that could use some improvement although the overall experience was positive. More

We met over the phone first and if he didn't reach out again I probably would not have made the drive to Wilde Sarasota. Very pleasurable experience even dealing with the sales Manager! Our salesperson James Guttridge helped us find the right vehicle, a beautifully equipped Range Rover Sport (within the budget we agreed to), Zac Blaugh the Sales Manager helped expedite a very fair and quickly processed deal, and Adrian Cristea the Finance director got us out the door with all the documents and title stuff done within 20 minutes. I was very happy with the service, professionalism, and most of all, the car! More
