We went in looking at Range Rovers, but were uncertain if we wanted to consider new or used. We weren’t certain that Range Rover was definitely going to be the make of suv that we chose, but we’d test driven we wanted to consider new or used. We weren’t certain that Range Rover was definitely going to be the make of suv that we chose, but we’d test driven a few others and eliminated those as options. So we go in and Silvio greeted us. We gave him a little information as to what we were looking for and why. We test drove two new RR sport models. We left and came back a few days later and drove a full size RR with Silvio. We were impressed with his knowledge of the cars, of cars we’d told him we had eliminated and why, with his overall professionalism, and most importantly to us-that he never once asked us about buying. He didn’t do any of the typical salesman-y things like “either-or“, “when would you like to take it home?”... you get the point. Those are huge turnoffs for us and Silvio did none of that. He politely handed us his card and we left. A week or so later we started considering used. We see online that there is a low mileage vehicle available in the make and year we had decided on. We call Silvio, ask if we can come by and see that one. We arrive, it’s ready, we take it for a spin. We already knew that unless there was something wrong with it we were writing a check for this vehicle today. We noticed some dings on each wheel; Silvio says no problem, gets them taken care of, they look brand new! We’d noticed the ad had mentioned a cargo net but there was none in the car. Silvio says I will find you one, and he did! He’s a good salesperson, zero pressure, and knowing this we would happily refer anyone looking for a vehicle to Silvio. More

Recently I left a negative review on this forum about some damage that was done to my vehicle during a service visit a few weeks earlier. After posting the review of my experience I received a call short some damage that was done to my vehicle during a service visit a few weeks earlier. After posting the review of my experience I received a call shortly thereafter from Shayne Gilley in service about the incident and she was very understanding plus quite polite when offering a potential solution to the problem at hand, which was offering me a full vehicle detail to remedy the scratches incurred when the vehicle was washed after the initial service visit, plus offered me a loaner vehicle while the detail was being completed. Shayne also went as far to offer to pick and deliver my vehicle at my location which at the time was over sixty miles away. At first I was reluctant to accept the offer not wanting to potentially have the same person who created the issue to possibly work on my vehicle, but I have to say I was glad I accepted the offer being the outcome was a positive result. Now I must say one scratch couldn't be removed, but the detailer got it to the point it's hardly noticeable and removed all the micro scratches in the hood plus cleaned the vehicle inside and out to the point it resembled a brand new vehicle. Normally I'm not an easy person to satisfy but this resolve exceeded my expectations therefore I felt compelled to leave this positive follow up review. More

This is our second Land Rover purchase from Wilde of SRQ. We came back because of the way we have been treated during the four years we have had our Land Rover. Our 1st LR was an Evoque a wonderful vehicle with 30,000 miles on our Evoque we were not quite ready to go to another vehicle. Until we had some vandalism happen which made us sick. When we came to get an estimate for the repairs we thought we would see what our options were as far as a new vehicle. I started looking at a little bigger Land Rover & Robert Martin popped by to see if he could be of assistance. Robert is the reason we opted to trade up Period! It was his kind, calm demeanor that made me feel comfortable to ask any question and not feel stupid. His attention to the details and truly listen to what was important to US & made us feel that way!! He went above and beyond in every point of detail from our first meeting to driving away & I know we will continue to hear from him. I give Wilde a 5 Star but I give Robert Martin a perfect 10! I'm not going to mention our 1st sales person but I will tell you how our 1st sale went down. We purchase our Evoque via texting picking it up and never hearing from our sales person again, in fact we never even received a business card of his. Never heard back to see how we liked our new vehicle or if we had any questions in fact I had to ask Phillip for a business card when he came out. So when we were looking again we felt like we owed him nothing. Whomever brought Robert onboard had the vision that Robert would excel in his field. We have been self employed for many years and it is refreshing to see a salesperson so sincere, kind & caring. Someone who truly wants to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for or do their best to get as close as possible to that. I was so HAPPY I called Robert to personally Thank him for everything he did to help me find my new ride.......I'm smiling while I fill this out.
