I was greeted by someone at the door before I could approach the receptionist, who summoned my party. I was asked by the person at the door if they could get me a drink, even after learning that I was there to work with someone else. Everyone there-on said hi and provided a smile. I was an out of town buyer. I considered having the vehicle shipped to me but decided to take a rode trip. Bryan was very pleasant to work with, especially remotely where he responded to phone calls, text messages and emails very timely and accurately as it seems to be a given that most people overlook questions in text and email. But Bryan is an effectively and detailed communicator, even after the sale, making sure we made it back home safely and asking if there were any questions about the vehicle. My experience at Wilde Land Rover involves more than Bryan, however. Hospitality is evident at this dealership as we were consistently asked if everything was okay, if there was anything they could do to help, or if we would like something to drink. The seating is "different" as the open office feeling left us wondering where it was okay to sit as all areas looked like someone's work space - the section by the TV being the exception. The vehicle detail department could do a better job as I had to point out a couple of things and Bryan brought the vehicle back to address those issues. But overall, the dealership is modern, relaxing, and creates an enjoyable purchase experience. I would recommend Wilde to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle as the vehicles were clean, appeared sanitized and there were a lot of quality vehicles on the lot. I really enjoyed my purchase experience. The hospitality and professionalism were top notch - shoot, not even finance was aggressive and obnoxious. Wilde Land Rover made purchasing my vehicle pleasing experience. I would highly recommend them you for your next vehicle purchase. More
