Terrible experience. I had some warranty work I wanted done to my Discovery, made an appointment, showed up and left my car for repairs. Later that afternoon I texted my service advisor, Jason Lewis, but did not hear from him. An hour later I texted again but still no reply. I called and left a message for him but did not hear back. When my wife called later, she was told everyone in service had gone home. I was stranded without my car. The next day I went to the dealership after trying to call and confronted my service advisor. He had no idea about my car, it had sat all day yesterday and he never checked on how it was doing. I was angry and took my car home but Jason Lewis said, "I want to make it up to you." He made another appointment for me and secured a loaner. They would come to my house, leave the loaner and take my car in to be serviced. That never happened. Another screw-up by this service advisor. I called earlier that day and left a message for the general manager to call me. He called late that afternoon and after hearing about my experience had his new service manager call me. He made an appointment for me and said that they would pick up my car and leave a loaner and at the end of the day they would return my car and pick up the loaner. Jim, the new service manager, went out of town for training and my car did not get picked up. The next day, the service advisor that was on my latest appointment called. Jim had gotten one of my messages and had him call me - for what? The appointment was missed and it was too late to do anything. I do not recommend this dealership or its service department. More
HORRIBLE! !!!! I ordered the brand new Land Rover in September 2022 and they took my deposit of $2500 based on the build sheet. The car came in last week and !!!! The car came in last week and they wanted a $20,000 "market adjustment' fee after custom ordering he car, waiting 8 months and they never mentioned it before. I had a problem with the service department and the GM Zachary Blaugh stepped in and went above and beyond. I’m blown away by his commitment to make me 100% satisfied. For sales use Ruzhdi Asani and avoid Zachary Blaugh stepped in and went above and beyond. I’m blown away by his commitment to make me 100% satisfied. I traded in my 2013 Range Rover for a 2019 model. The general manager Zack Blaugh came out and introduce himself. Very courteous, very professional.
