Horrible and deceitful dealership. These guys use more deceitful tactics than I’ve ever seen. Quite reminiscent of a 70s used dealership on a Vegas corner! Beware and steer clear. They refuse to accept your private financing and try to bully you into taking their higher interest financing as they get kickbacks. Advertised price isn’t legit either as they force you to accept their “treatment” package which is totally bogus as well. No spare tire or Jack found in the car after the fact and only one key for the vehicle. We were to receive a second key the following day but the salesman continues to blow us off. Dirty dealer tactics and low class all the way. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!! More

What a great service experience which these days are very rare. Tyler addressed all of my concerns, and went over everything meticulously with me. Great before the sale however everything changed after things were completed. They were dishonest with all of their fees and the warranty. My experience with Jaguar Land Rover was unpleasant at best. The salesman was dishonest. He told me I HAD to buy an insurance product, it was not optional. When I read the paperwork at home, there was best. The salesman was dishonest. He told me I HAD to buy an insurance product, it was not optional. When I read the paperwork at home, there was a statement that this insurance was not a condition of sale. He had his mechanic appraise my old car. He said that the transmission was slipping. I took the car home and had a mechanic look at it, he said that was not true. When I attempted to decline additional insurance I was put under enormous pressure to buy it and was worn down. The transaction cost 36k when it should only have cost 30k. I wrote a letter to the GM but he did not have the courtesy to respond. More

Bought a used BMW and traded in a vehicle. The dealership failed to payoff the trade in for over two months which caused me to have a late payment on the trade-in.
