bold face liars work here. dropped my landrover off for service and before the technician even looked at the car Bryce put in a claim to my powertrain warranty claiming we drove it for an extended period o service and before the technician even looked at the car Bryce put in a claim to my powertrain warranty claiming we drove it for an extended period of time without fluid in the cooling system and dropped it off that way. and yet they drove it around their lot repeatedly. managers have lied to us stating it was not covered, but I found out it is not being covered because of what Bryce said. they tried to talk us into trading it in instead of fixing it or pay $35000 to have a new engine installed. managers supposedly looked into it and still stated it was not covered. when we call powertrain warranty they state it is covered and claim is denied due to what was reported by Bryce who must be psychic because before he put all this in the claim he jad not talked to us or had a technician look at the vehicle. More
