My car was in for service and the department lost my key. My car was towed to the dealership on 6/3/24. After a couple days, I followed up with David and was informed he did not have the keys. David was then informed that I have the voicemail that stated he had the keys in his possession. He then stated he would get back to me. I have now been calling for multiple days in a row with no resolution or the courtesy of a call back. Yesterday I spoke with Rhonda and provided the details of the situation and she asked for a copy of the voicemail, which I sent to her cell phone. Rhonda then told me Marty would be calling me. No courtesy callback, no resolution, please stay away from this dealership. More
I had an excellent experience with the sales person Jen a month ago when I bought my Jaguar E Pace..but service is a different story..not the kind of service I expected from Jaguar..i brought my car to have month ago when I bought my Jaguar E Pace..but service is a different story..not the kind of service I expected from Jaguar..i brought my car to have the drivers rear tire replaced, they sent a video and confirmed with me that they replaced the r drivers rear tire, got my car after 2 days only to learned that they replaced the passenger rear tire instead not the damaged tire..no apologies from them, communication is horrible..they even tried to cover their mistake by telling me that it was indeed the passenger rear tire was damaged, when they sent video, recommended and confirmed that they changed the drivers rear tire.. reading from Jaguar San Antonio site, I had high expectations on the quality of service, it was an unfortunate experience for me.. I do not recommend using this service department at Land Rover or purchasing from here. I bought a Range Rover and immediately had issues with it that were not disclosed while test driving. We tried to retu Rover or purchasing from here. I bought a Range Rover and immediately had issues with it that were not disclosed while test driving. We tried to return it immediately but they refused and said the value of the car decreased in less than a month. I went to get a diagnostic due to a check engine light and was told the fee to do the diagnostic would be credited towards any repairs; however, that wasn’t the case. They did unauthorized repairs that were not approved and refused to honor crediting the diagnostic fee. The repairs were not fully done by Range Rover due to the outlandish pricing of $10,000, but yet my check engine light mysteriously went away. No return call from the service manager and no apology, only deflecting and blaming past employees. More
