One of the main reasons we decided to go with Land Rover is because of their customer service reputation, boy did Cavender Land Rover miss the mark on that one! Since we’ve had the vehicle, we’ve scheduled two separate appointments to inspect the front right passenger’s side. There’s a strange noise that occurs whenever we make a right turn, but every single time we try to recreate the noise at the dealership, but of course the vehicle behaves. We live about an hour from the dealership and to be told they can’t do anything unless they hear the noise, that’s reasonable! My wife and I worked in the Hospitality industry for over 20 years. To think Cavender would offer to hold the vehicle to further inspect and provide a loaner. Unfortunately, each loaner request is met with the excuse of “we don’t have any loaners to give” Really?! We live about an hour from the dealership and to constantly have to drive there for an issue that we can only hear, now that’s ridiculous! Sure we consciously made the decision to buy a Range Rover knowing the dealership was an hour away, but we thought it was worth it for reputable customer service. I mean who wouldn’t? If you’re reading this and looking to purchase a vehicle from Cavender Land Rover, beware you’re probably better off driving a few more miles to Borne. Vlad More
Unfortunately had the bad luck of having to purchase a car from this dealership and 2 months after buying the car I have not had the car for more than two days it keeps having to go back in the shop. Customer care is non existent and no accountability from anyone. Steer clear from this dealership it's not worth the headache you will get from dealing with them. More
I bought the car from Michael, and let me tell you the easiest and best buying experience I ever had with any dealer and everyone was very courteous, helpful and friendly, and did everything they said th easiest and best buying experience I ever had with any dealer and everyone was very courteous, helpful and friendly, and did everything they said they were going to do I drove from hockley tx about 200 miles away and when I arrived car was ready and finance was waiting for me and was in and out in probably 20 min from finance and in and out of dealer in a hour or so Michael's manager Cameron was awesome made the buying process as painful and stress free as possible I would highly highly recomend checking them out if you looking for a car you won't regret it thanks Michael and his very professional team of experts for the great deal and being patient and working with me it was awesome customer for life thanks I love my lexus es350 More
Car was delivered to me Aug 19th. Broke down September 5th or 6th on the highway! Had towed to travel center. Roadside service put a new battery. Still didnt run. Mobile mechanic replaced alternator. As of the end of Oct this car has been sitting. Need a jump to start it. Glad I kept my raggedy Ford focus or I'd be stranded. Made Jarrett aware of this when he called in January and the fact he never fixed chip in windshield. He said would call the next day. I knew he wouldnt so I called him. Crickets!! Why am I not surprised. All they care about is they got the sale! Not resolving the issues! I havent been able to drive the car an entire 30 days!! I hope karma shows up More
Initial meeting with sales staff pleasant. After paying cash and taking delivery everyone disappeared, detailing & full gas tank forgotten. These people need to observe a Lexus dealer to learn customer care. Will never visit this dealer again. Caution Advised. More
They have had my car for two weeks and first they said my wiring was a insurance claim. Then after a week they came back and said no it was a warranty claim. It’s now almost Christmas and still no word on st wiring was a insurance claim. Then after a week they came back and said no it was a warranty claim. I will not be buying a Labs rover again and will not recommend them. More
Poor customer service and lack of knowledge as to what was done to my car. Drove down from Austin to have my car serviced here as they were the only dealer that could fit me in on the same day. Said they updated my firmware and charged me $100+ and on my way home the warning light came on again. Called Service again to see what to do and they said they don’t know and to bring it back and they’ll take another look and run more tests. They also broke my key while servicing my vehicle. The guy who broke it didn’t apologize but just handed it to me in pieces. Would not return here. More
