My car was in for service and the department lost my key. My car was towed to the dealership on 6/3/24. I received a call from Rhonda that the dealership had received the vehicle and David Rockwell had the My car was towed to the dealership on 6/3/24. I received a call from Rhonda that the dealership had received the vehicle and David Rockwell had the keys and would be calling with more details. After a couple days, I followed up with David and was informed he did not have the keys. David was then informed that I have the voicemail that stated he had the keys in his possession. He then stated he would get back to me. I have now been calling for multiple days in a row with no resolution or the courtesy of a call back. Yesterday I spoke with Rhonda and provided the details of the situation and she asked for a copy of the voicemail, which I sent to her cell phone. Rhonda then told me Marty would be calling me. No courtesy callback, no resolution, please stay away from this dealership. More
