Picked an early appointment for a simple oil change and asked them to assess the brake pads. I arrived at 830am. Met with Dean who immediately sent me a text while I waited that if I had any questions text asked them to assess the brake pads. I arrived at 830am. Once he came with the results he gave me misinformation on the status of the brakes which I uncovered while reading the report. Next he disappeared without saying anything. I’m now in the middle of a conference call pacing and now pissed off. Why should it ever take 2.5 hours for just an oil change and check the thickness of brake pads. Zero communication which is extremely disappointing given how much these vehicles cost as well as the high cost of maintenance and repair. However, they have no problem flooding your email inbox with scare tactics on not purchasing a ridiculously high cost extended warranty. The waiting area is stale and uncomfortable. For a relatively new facility it’s a joke. Any chance I can use my own mechanic to do any repairs I will. This place sucked and it’s the last Land Rover I will buy never mind take it to this dealer if I can help it. They need to be better than this. More

They had my car from January 30th to April 18th. I have gad better service at Jiffy Lube. More

I had a bubble in my tire and freaked out. The service manager Dean was super helpful, got me right in and saved the day! He was informative and made sure I understood my bill. Great job!
