Mr. Jones, Sorry to see this negative review. As I understand, you made an appointment for an oil change and were planning to wait for that to be completed and asked we perform a check of the brakes. Once the oil change was done a recommendation for rear brakes was made which you declined. The 2 text messages received 15 minutes apart were not answered because Dean could see you and he thought you were on a phone call. From the time stamps on your repair order, it looks like your entire visit was under 2 hours. We are always looking for ways to improve so thank you for your feedback. Sincerely, Rob
