I can only tell you of my experience here as a customer who bought his LR2 from another dealership and had it serviced here. First off I bought an extended warranty through Ford, which this Land Rover who bought his LR2 from another dealership and had it serviced here. First off I bought an extended warranty through Ford, which this Land Rover dealership honored all the way until it expired and that was unexpected! Secondly even though I own the entry level Land Rover, they treat you like you own the high end Range Rover no matter what. I have always been treated with such courtesy by everyone in this dealership from the service department to the sales department. Rachel is by far my favorite person and I always ask to talk to her when I set up my service. Tom is usually the guy who helps me through services and has always helped me out. Third I would usually need a ride to the train and they were always accommodating in dropping me off and picking me up. Fourth and probably the most important is that this service center in this dealership is HONEST. How do I know you ask? I was referred to another dealership(Peabody) and individual shop(Southie) in between services and neither provided excellent service nor were they honest when it came to reccommending services to be done based on wear. I had the Hanover dealership check what the other shops said and they were completely wrong when it came to brake usage and other servicable issues. I might pay more than at an individual mom and pops shop but I get the peace of mind that I won't be ripped off and the job is done right. Nobody likes feeling cheated and that's why I get my car serviced here. Thank you to everyone at this dealership for exceptional service! More

I just bought a Land Rover LR4 and my experience at Land Rover Hanover was excellent. Nobody jumped me as I entered the dealership. He let me ask my questions without "leading the witness" and showed me around without the typical hype that I have come to expect from sales people. On a test drive, he would answer any questions that I had succiently and would then revert to silence to let me experience the car without distractions. He was very polite and knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. He even came in on his day off when this was the only day that worked for me to pick up the vehicle. More
