We communicated over e-mail throughout the entire process and I was able to finalize the deal all over internet and a few phone calls. When I arrived to sign the papers and do the trade in of my old vehicle, Mellyssa and Sales manager were awesome. Mellyssa was very knowlegable, patient, and respectful. When I picked up my vehicle Mellyssa introduced me to staff and gave me a tour of the facility, gave me comprehensive overview of the Evoque, and answered all of my questions. I am now a very happy owner of the 2012 Range Rover Evoque!!! I initially looked at the BMW X3 (being a BMW owner in the past) and the Audi Q5. I chose the Evoque because of all the options and positive reviews on handling, etc. Comparing price it was similiar to the BMW and Audi. The body of the Evoque has a lot of beautiful detail and is, in my opinion, a lot classier looking!! I also liked the fact that I would be driving a car that not everyone else was driving. If your looking for a mid-sized SUV, you MUST test drive the Evoque. Call Mellyssa and she will take very good care of you. My first day of owning the Evoque we got over 5inches of snow. The car handled beautifully. I felt very safe. A+!!! I rate the dealership at the highest level. I give Mellyssa Coutinho an A+!! Thanks very much to Mellyssa and the whole staff! The dealership's desire to earn my business was sincere and supported by the excellent and timely communications from Mellyssa Coutinho who answered all my questions and sought the assistance of the sales manager(who was a great guy and very friendly vs being "authoritative" as many sales managers try to be) when needed.The atmosphere at the dealership was relaxing and enjoyable with everyone working hard to make the buying experience fun and non-adversarial. My last 4 purchases were Cadillacs and , in the end, I was comfortable buying a Range Rover. More
