The decision to purchase our first (but not last) Range Rover SUV was a testament to her attention to detail and commitment. I have purchased several vehicles through online channels in the past but this was far and away the smoothest transaction ever. This should be the benchmark for all NET based automobile transactions. I went to Land Rover of Hanover to lease a new 2012 Range Rover and I was met with great service and a very reasonable price. I attempted to Special Order a Land Rover at a couple of other dealerships without success. Mellyssa Coutinho was able to accomplish what others claimed was not possible. This dealership was simply amazing and have made us Land Rover owners for life! They were unbelievably kind when we first stopped in a few months back despite telling them that we wouldn't be buying for som Rover owners for life! They were unbelievably kind when we first stopped in a few months back despite telling them that we wouldn't be buying for sometime. A few months later as a birthday suprise my finace purchased a 2012 Range Rover Sport and the dealership couldn't have been any nicer. Not only did the manager call and leave a vm for my finace saying how amazing what he was doing for me was but the whole dealership called me the next day on my birthday and sang Happy Birthday to me in a vm. Based on our amazing experience it feels like this dealership is a home away from home or that "friend or family member" that you have that works in the auto industry. I can't say enough how genuine each and every employee at the dealership was and for that they will have our business if these people continue to do what they are doing! More
