On Saturday, October 5th, 2013, Craig came out of the dealership and introduced us to a Range Rover Evoque Coupe 2013. He went through the interior details of the car and showed me the ins and outs of the vehicle. I went to the dealership with the intention of leasing the vehicle and Craig assisted us brilliantly in the leasing approval process. Craig was never pushy on the finance option, did not force me to "buy" the car and went out of his way to find me different lease options for me to decide. On the day of pick-up, he patiently guided me through the lease signing and paperwork to be filled. The process was very fast due to his knowledge and expertise at the dealership. He showed me around the car and introduced me to even more functions of the vehicle; all clear and precise under one hour of timing. This experience is exactly what I am looking for from a luxury car dealership: sincere, helpfulness, and not pushy. I had been interested in the new 2014 Range Rover Sport and was one of the first to test drive the new vehicle. As a current owner of a 2010 Range Rover Sport, I had a good baseline to compare this new vehicle and was not disappointed. The Sport drove extremely well and was very comfortable. Mellyssa had me take it through it's paces including speed off the line, cornering and the new econo mode. I was so impressed with the Sport, we agreed to a deal on that exact vehicle right away. In all aspects my wife and I rate the car, Mr. Schuman (salesman), the dealership and its staff, and the financing options as "excellent".
