The people are nice enough but they just don’t communicate to you when they know full well you’ll wait for hours or they’ve messed up. More
Easiest car purchase ever I spent a little over a month talking with my car dealer, Glenn. I was wrestling over two cars, the Discovery (which I ultimately chose) and another vehicle. Glenn was knowledgable without being “pushy”. He allowed me to take my time in decision making and offered balanced perspectives on several topics. I sent him a list of the options I was seeking in a car and he responded with an option. The perfect option. From there we reached a deal with transparency and ease. This is my first Land Rover and I love it everytime I drive it. More
Bad service Left car after it died on the lot after going in to ask a question. They assumed it was a dead battery, it was 18 months old purchased from dealer. Tu Left car after it died on the lot after going in to ask a question. They assumed it was a dead battery, it was 18 months old purchased from dealer. Turns out a lose wire from battery was issue. Drove car home and found the battery cover on the backseat floor with only 2 screws. Had to drive 40 mins back to have replaced. The last time I was in for service and went to drive off lot I couldn’t due to the fact a wire had not been reconnected after service. I do not think I feel comfortable or confident in the service at this dealer. I usually purchase a new car at 100,000 but really need to rethink a new evoque after the disappointing service. More

Second time in for same issue within a month Felt the first time I was brushed off when the issue I complained about was not found by technician. Charged for diagnostic road trip and nothing was Felt the first time I was brushed off when the issue I complained about was not found by technician. Charged for diagnostic road trip and nothing was fixed. A month later - brought back in for same issue and this time they found the problem. Fixed it and made me feel as though they were doing me a “favor” by not charging me another $298 diagnostic fee. More
