I was scheduled fo a break job on my Range Rover but my LR 4 tailgate failed just before a trip When Once again the Hanover Team came through for me. I was scheduled fo a break job on my Range Rover but my LR 4 tailgate failed just before a trip When I needed the LR 4 to move files for a trial. Hanover accommodated my swapping out my break service for the Range for the repair of my rear tail gate latch on my LR 4. I was to make the trip and rescheduled my Range Rover break job. Professional, knowledgeable, understanding and friendly. Land Rover should be proud to have this dealership in the family. I know I am. More

Friendly service (also dog-friendly). Accommodating. Reached out to my warranty administrator for me after finding out the problem; reassured me that the part I neede (also dog-friendly). Reached out to my warranty administrator for me after finding out the problem; reassured me that the part I needed was just a shield and even though it’s not covered, I really didn’t need to get it fixed (unless I wanted to go off-roading). I appreciate the honesty! Came home with piece of mind; after worrying about a crack in what I now know is just a fuel tank shield. More
Exceptional customer service I arrived for my routine maintenance in the morning and Tom stated he couldn't find my appointment in the system. I looked at my email confirmation an I arrived for my routine maintenance in the morning and Tom stated he couldn't find my appointment in the system. I looked at my email confirmation and realized my appointment was for the next day. Tom said no problem we can get you in but that they weren't sure they had a loaner. Tom and Diane worked their magic and found me a loaner. Tom called with an update through out the day and then notified me when the vehicle was ready for pick up. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. More

Extremely professional and very friendly David in service was extremely accommodating. My RRS SVR needed an alignment and a software update. He along with Tom made sure there was a loaner available. David and Tom also had the valet drop my car off for me on a Friday afternoon with afternoon traffic and my office was about 2.5 hours away. A real class act. I bought from Land Rover Hanover which was the third farthest dealership closest to me because of the way they treat me and my family members that have bought Rovers from them. More
