scheduled maintenance I dropped my car off at 8:45 as scheduled. I did not hear anything by 4:00 pm so called m. My following comments have NOTHING to do with service performed which was excellent. Upon reviewing my bill I was notified that my service plan had expired. I was clearly disappointed that I wasn’t notified prior to service so I prepared for an expense I didn’t expect. More

Customer “I don’t” Care Department My Rover has a critical suspension fault and I was told my premium extended warranty wouldn’t cover. Range Rover Service I needed to have my Range Rover Serviced and Dave Campanale who I do not know. Greeted me when I pulled up.The first issue that I had was putting the I needed to have my Range Rover Serviced and Dave Campanale who I do not know. Greeted me when I pulled up.The first issue that I had was putting the key cover over the lock on my drivers side door. I did not know to do it and he explained it clearly. Next I needed my oil changed, fluids topped off, tires rotated and brakes inspected.I found a coupon on line that saved me approximately $75.00. He accepted it without batting an eye. My car was serviced in a timely manner and spectacularly detailed! I was bracing myself to see if the if I was going to be given a list of potential repairs. But pleasingly he told me the car was all.set. Additionally, Tom Faulstich in the service department was also very helpful answering all my automotive questions. I would highly recommend Hanover Land Rover. More
