Range Rover went in for oil change and to look at why media screen was freezing up potential breaks. ZERO COMMUNICATION!! They had the car for over a week and the only thing accomplished was oil change media screen was freezing up potential breaks. ZERO COMMUNICATION!! They had the car for over a week and the only thing accomplished was oil change. Will not buy a car or use this dealer ever again!!! Keeps getting worse and this was the final straw. What do people do who don’t have an extra car on hand to drive while they hold your vehicle hostage?!? More

Communication was poor and even with an appointment it took them 4 days to look at my car.
