1st time using LR of Hanover. Took a long time to get a loner appt. Drivers were very polite. Vehicle returned without adding gas and low windshield wiper fluid light on. Overall my experience was okay . Emma was a little passive aggressive when I didn’t want to go with Land Rover financial or get the additional warranty at least. I understand they get commission but t passive aggressive when I didn’t want to go with Land Rover financial or get the additional warranty at least. I understand they get commission but the fact she constantly mentioned that they don’t like working with credit unions was very frustrating but I held my composure, completed my paperwork and got my car. She took the excitement out of getting a car . However Mike W I believe was great, when I picked up the car he was very informative and a positive energy. More
Let me know what needed to be repaired and approximate time to complete work. Finished in time window given and allowed me to stay on schedule. Deeply appreciated. time to complete work. Finished in time window given and allowed me to stay on schedule. Deeply appreciated. More
Tom Falustich was very helpful (as always) in managing my repair and keeping me updated on the progress and timeline. Dealer was great!! Glenn was very professional and helpful. It was the quickest transaction i have ever had at a dealership in my life. Made and appointment to test drive a car. On the way to the dealer they called to say the car was sold the evening before. Would have been nice to have that info earlier, but at least they called. Once t the dealer they called to say the car was sold the evening before. Would have been nice to have that info earlier, but at least they called. Once there, I drove another one. The fellow I was dealing with was gone by the time of my return ("moving cars"), even though I expressly told him that I wanted to discuss with him different engines. Upon return from the drive, two other sales personnel descended upon me. Each saying they would now be working with me (is the better term 'working ON me'). Seems to be a Land Rover bait and switch of sales personnel - and I don't know why the tactic is used. Happened at two other ones. One lures you in, others take the 'bait' (customer). Why can't they be honest about this tactic? I doubt "moving cars" is more important than a potential customer willing to drop $90k on a vehicle. Too sleazy. I left and found a great car at another, more honest, dealer. More
