We had called sister dealerships and spoke to salesman who did not act as if they wanted our business. When we spoke to Ida she went out of her way to provide us the requested information. She worked with her finance manager to get us the vehicle we desired. She communicated by phone, text, and email to keep us assured and updated on the process. After working with Ida, when we traveled to Raleigh our process was under an hour and we left with our car. I would recommend Ida and this dealership to everyone. She will be our go to next time.
