I have owned several Range Rovers for over 20 years. The first one was bought at Land Rover Cary from Claudius John and about every 2 to 3 yrs, I traded for another with Claudius John as the Sales Rep. Claudius just happen to have that personal way he treats customers. He is extremely respectful, does not really pressure you, but knows when that Range Rover is really what you need. I went thru several years without a new Range Rover and ended up at Land Rover Raleigh instead for Cary for Service and guess who was in the Show Room? None other than Claudius who apparently had left Cary and was working in Raleigh!. And, guess what he said - that he and that that really most expensive Range Rover in the show Room has been waiting for me all these years!!. And, yes he was right and I bought the LV-Autobiography. He made the whole experience fun, personal and took the time to work with me thru every step. I went there for service maintenance but the right Sales person and the right Vehicle just happen to be there. More
