Unfortunately, my interaction with the service team has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. First thing Monday morning, I called to convey my issue. My service tech, "J," re-asked three questions that I had already answered. Despite the car being checked in on Monday, there was no follow-up or information provided about the diagnosis. When I reached out on Tuesday, "J" would only communicate via text and informed me that the car had still not been checked. I requested a telephone conversation, which he ignored. Instead, he began suggesting additional tests even though the initial diagnosis had not been performed. Frustrated, I called to speak with the service manager, "T." Within 15 minutes of that request, "J" called me. I asked why he was suggesting additional tests when I had not received any feedback regarding my car, nor the promised video from a certified technician. I reluctantly agreed to the tests but have not received a call back since our discussion. I left another message for service manager "T" on Tuesday but received no response. I called again at 7:45 AM and noon the next day, but still, no call back. It's disheartening to see all the wonderful reviews when my experience has been far from satisfactory. This is the second time this year that I've encountered such poor service. It makes me wonder if negative reviews are being hidden or buried by bots. If this is what Range Rover excellence looks like, I want no part of it. Beware, as it seems that some customers receive different levels of service. My experience at Range Rover of Raleigh has been extremely disappointing, and I urge potential customers to be cautious. More
