I wanted to pay for car in full with a total control account check. Jake stated that they would have to run my credit to do so but couldn’t explain the policy and wasn’t able to present policy. I’m in middle of closing on a house and running my credit will not help with the closing. Jake was very condescending with his remarks and I felt racially profiled by the alleged policy More
