My wife and I recently worked with Alex Demsky - he was such a refreshing change from most salespeople. In short, we didn't ultimately by a Land Rover (yet), mostly because of personal timing issues. We also thought it was a testament to Alex that his level of service didn't drop off at all when we concluded this wasn't the right time for us.
