Our sales associate Alex was great. He was very engaged throughout the entire sales process, from the test drive to ordering the car to delivery. Overall the dealership is very professional but the financing experience was subpar. The dealer would not let me bring my own financing. They required that I use their financing which was 2.4% HIGHER than what my credit union offered. Their website even has a page on financing options which includes bringing your own financing. I would still recommend the dealer due to the customer service. For others who prefer to lease or have the ability to pay in cash, my experience might not matter, but for me this will factor into if I buy another car from them. More

Great experience at Land Rover Princeton - from the initial phone call to walking out the door, everybody was very professional and the dealership itself is very well maintained. I worked with Kare initial phone call to walking out the door, everybody was very professional and the dealership itself is very well maintained. I worked with Karen Covino on my lease buyout - I spent no more than 15 minutes with phone conversations prior to coming in, and no more than 30 minutes with her and Mike Krail on paperwork at the actual dealership. This was an extremely straightforward process, no pressuring and no sales tactics - very honest recommendations. Karen and Mike were very prepared for my scheduled appointment, I highly recommend them and this dealership - I will be back for business in the very near future. More

I’ve been looking for a car for almost 6 months and I couldn’t find anything that I like. I was so lucky Jonathan received my email inquiry. He helped me decide which car to buy and gave me answers to all my questions regarding the features of each model. He gained my trust because I knew that his goal was to help me find what I want. He’s not pushy like other salespeople, thank goodness! He respects customers’ preferences. He gave me a good deal and helped me buy my dream car. Jonathan is very patient, honest, and accommodating. I ordered a Defender and was prepared to wait months. Joel proactively reached out when a similar build became available sooner. I got an incredible car (2023 Defender) at an incredibly fair price.
