Our sales associate Alex was great. He was very engaged throughout the entire sales process, from the test drive to ordering the car to delivery. Overall the dealership is very professi He was very engaged throughout the entire sales process, from the test drive to ordering the car to delivery. Overall the dealership is very professional but the financing experience was subpar. The dealer would not let me bring my own financing. They required that I use their financing which was 2.4% HIGHER than what my credit union offered. Their website even has a page on financing options which includes bringing your own financing. I would still recommend the dealer due to the customer service. For others who prefer to lease or have the ability to pay in cash, my experience might not matter, but for me this will factor into if I buy another car from them. More
